ScribeManager now offers the option of producing invoices as pdf files or Excel documents.  This can be toggled by a check box on the Company Details page.

ScribeManager now allows an account holder to set a page size for each client, i.e. Letter size for the USA or A4 size for the UK and Australia.  This makes it easier for your clients to print invoices, especially when printing double-sided.

It is now possible to for administrators to download files as soon as they been uploaded to ScribeManager, rather than having to wait for them to finish converting to mp3.

An uploaded file became stuck mid-conversion as the file size was not available.  The upload code has been adjusted to ensure that in the event of a recurrence, the file will still process.

ScribeManager now offers transcription firms to set login passwords for their clients, instead of requiring the clients to do so.  This feature needs to be turned on for individual accounts by ScribeManager Support.

Lengths of phone recordings are now being calculated by file size, not file title.  This overcomes an anomaly in the telephone company's system that was incorrectly reporting a file's length.

ScribeManager now flags up to transcribers if their transcript has not uploaded completely.

ScribeManager's new front end has gone live.  The new design is more accessible on a variety of platforms, such as mobile and tablet.

The Single and Collated Invoicing features previously allowed a user to go through the steps of completing the invoicing process even when no jobs needed to be invoiced.  This has now been prevented.
