On request, the text in the NTF field (Notes to Typist for this File) is now being added to the body of emails that notify transcribers of a file allocation. The “NTF” field is on the Job Edit page. This means that when allocating, an administrator can add comments to that field, then save the page, and the text in that field will be seen by the transcriber as soon as they receive the automated email.
