On request, it has now been made possible for an audio file’s length to be entered by transcriptionists, not just administrators. This means that when an audio file’s length is unknown, the administrator does not need to download it to check the length – they can just allocate it and require the transcriptionist to enter the length. Administrators are requested to contact ScribeManager Support if they want this feature to be turned on for their account.
