ScribeManager is fully GDPR-compliant in readiness for the deadline on May 25th.  Inactive personal data will be sorted and presented to account administrators for the option of deletion or retention.  Bespoke deletion procedures are also available.

ScribeManager has gone live with full integration of Google Speech Recognition.

ScribeManager now displays waveforms of most audio files on your account.  This enables you to see quickly whether an incoming recording is clear, without having to play it.

ScribeManager's server RAM has been doubled, leading to greater stability and faster performance.

Page loads and search result displays have now been enhanced, with load times a fraction of previously.

The ability to batch-manage transcripts has been implemented.  This means that multiple transcripts can now be sent to the client attached to one email, as opposed to having to send one email per transcript.

ScribeManager's file upload system is now improved, with the ability to download files even if there is a processing issue.  A queuing system has been implemented for conversion to mp3, in order to ensure that the conversion of large files cannot delay the conversion...

ScribeManager's upload pages have been updated to improve uploads of audio files from Android devices.

It is now possible to "split" an audio file, i.e. allocate different parts of it to more than one transcriber in order to complete it more quickly.  Details in the user manual in the section File Splitting.

ScribeManager can now be linked to Dropbox, so that client files uploaded to Dropbox are seamlessly transferred to ScribeManager.
